An existing underutilized community room and basement were remodeled into offices, a library, common room, kitchen, meeting rooms, and classrooms, including new mechanical systems and lighting. New stained glass windows and custom interior wood work compliment the church's historic architecture.
The first phase of this medical office building houses 20,000 s.f. of office space, and a 2,000 s.f "Link" which was conceived as a pedestrian access point though the building to the rest of the Hospital's north campus. Completed under previous employment with RM Bell & Associates.
